All experience levels are invited to join. Please bring your own mat, or feel free to borrow one from the Front Desk. After class, continue your Sunday with brunch at Roger Bar and Restaurant. This experience is complimentary for Ameswell Hotel guests. In the event of inclement weather, the class will be held in the Fitness Center.
